Purchases made in the shop

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for purchases made in store. Please check the fit and individual condition before buying. Your rights if an item is faulty or incorrectly described still apply.

Vintage condition

Our clothing is vintage and pre-owned. Fading, mending, marks and other individual wear are described in the listing and shown in the photographs.

Online purchases & your statutory rights

You can cancel an online clothing order without giving a reason by telling us within 14 days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to return it. Contact info@union-vintage.com with your order number. Send returns to Union Vintage, 39 Old London Road, Kingston upon Thames, KT2 6ND.

You may inspect and try the garment on as you would in a shop. Handling beyond this may result in a lawful deduction for reduced value. You pay change-of-mind return postage.

We refund the original payment and standard outbound delivery within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. For faulty or incorrectly described items, contact us for the appropriate remedy; we cover reasonable return postage.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
