RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the unique and pre-owned nature of vintage, second-hand, and archive items, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for:

Change of mind
Incorrect fit or sizing
Minor imperfections, marks, fading, repairs, or wear consistent with age and use
Customer preference after purchase

We make every effort to accurately photograph and describe all items before sale. Please carefully review measurements, descriptions, and images before purchasing.

ONLINE ORDERS

For online purchases, customers have rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

However, due to the nature of vintage and second-hand goods:

Items may show signs of age and wear that are not considered faults.
Any notable flaws or defects will be clearly described where possible.

If an item arrives significantly not as described, or with a fault not consistent with its vintage nature, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Returned items must be sent back in their original condition.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

For purchases made in-store at Union Vintage, refunds or exchanges are not offered unless an item is faulty or misdescribed under applicable UK law.
